BARIATRIC BREAD

4 EGGS

100 gr  LABNE cheese

A pinch of SALT

1 teaspoon of baking soda

 

PREPARATION OF

*Separate the yolk and whites of the eggs.

*We turn their whites into snow white with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda  mixer

*We mix labneh cheese,  scrambled egg yolks and mix the foam of the snow white egg well before extinguishing

* Pour it on oiled paper in equal dimensions.

* Bake in a 150 degree hot oven until golden brown (20-25 minutes).

Total protein value 31 gr

BARIATRIC FREEZE 

1 BANANA

300 gr STRAWBERRY

200gr blueberry

150 gr raspberry or raspberry

300gr YOGURT

PREPARATION OF

*Blend 1 banana, 150gr strawberry, 100gr blueberry, 75gr  raspberry and 300gr yogurt

* Mix the remaining fruits into the blended mixture and put them in a cake mold.

*Freeze well in the freezer. 

*Cut to serve  

Total protein value 12gr 

BARIATRIC MELON SORBE

 half melon

1 teaspoon of HONEY

PREPARATION OF

* Slice half a melon and leave it in the freezer for 4-6 hours

* Blend the melons and 1 teaspoon of honey well and pour it into the cake mold and leave it in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

*You can serve it in an ice cream container.

ENJOYABLE VEGETABLE OMLET 

3 eggs

OPTIONAL MUSHROOM -TOMATO-RED PEPPER-GREEN PEPPER-FRESH ONION-DRY ONION

PREPARATION OF

* Desired vegetables are finely chopped into cubes

*Eggs are beaten well with salt and mixed with vegetables.

*Equally divided into lightly oiled one-eyed molds

* It is cooked in the oven at 150 degrees until it is golden brown. If desired, cheddar cheese is added to it.

Total Protein value 21 g 

CHIALI RECIPES

200 ml MILK

3 tablespoons of CHIA SEEDS

up to 200gr of desired FRUIT

PREPARATION OF

*Milk and chia seeds and diced fruits are mixed in the evening.

*Served in the morning.

SPECIAL NOTE:Chia seeds are an economical fiber that can be found easily in our country. It can also be mixed with yogurt. It prevents constipation.

Total protein value is 11 gr. 

It contains more than 12 grams of fiber.
