Professor KIRKIL

He was born in 1973 in Elazig. After completing his primary and secondary education in Elazig, he studied English at Bogazici University School of Foreign Languages ​​for a year. He graduated from Firat University Faculty of Medicine in 1998. He completed his specialty education in general surgery, which he started in department of radiodiagnostic. After completing his compulsory service and military service, he returned to the clinic, where he completed his specialty, as a lecturer. In 2010, he made observations on bariatric surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, USA. In 2012, he received training on kidney transplant at Baskent University. He succeeded in the Associate Professor Exam which he took in 2013. The following year, he established Firat University Organ Transplant Clinic Kidney Transplant Center. Having spent more time on bariatric surgery in his professional studies after his associate professor exam. He performed a few thousands of laparoscopic bariatric and metabolic surgeries including all kinds of bariatric surgery. Professor Kirkil is a member of many associations operating in Turkey and the World in this field and participates in their activities. He was appointed as a professor in 2019. Cuneyt Kirkil is married and has 2 boys.

ILAYDA AYDIN (Dietitian)

She was born in Elazığ in 1999. She completed primary and secondary education in Elazığ. in 2021, she graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Fırat University with a good degree. During the training process, she worked with many dietitians who followed up patients after bariatric surgery and provided dietary counseling. She is still continuing her master's degree education with a thesis that she started at Ataturk University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. Ilayda Aydın studied in English at Kaplan International College and Eynsferd College in London and speaks English at a good level.

Esra SEVINC (Site Administrator)

She was born in 1968 in Istanbul. After graduating from Istanbul University MYO Tourism department, she worked in the hotel industry abroad. Until 2005, she worked as manufacturing manager and general coordinator in various businesses. Between 2005 and 2012, she established and managed the Foreign Trade Office in China. She is retired. 4 years after Turkey had turned its foreign trade continued to work. Their paths crossed with Professor for obesity surgery in 2016. They recently started working together as the Appointment Secretariat and Site administrator. She is fluent in English and Chinese.
